Sky’s The Limit health insurance agency specializes in group health insurance plans and employee benefits, individual insurance, and Medicare supplements.
Founder Susan Morgan worked in the private sector for 15 years prior to working in the health insurance industry. She worked for Baxter Healthcare International in Irvine, CA as the assistant to the VP of Manufacturing. Baxter manufactures surgical and medical instruments.
Susan moved to Charlotte NC in 1994 and started working for Mid South Insurance; a North Carolina domiciled insurance Company, as a customer service representative and later as their North Carolina sales representative.
In 1997, Susan went to work for a small independent health insurance agency In Charlotte as a sales broker/ insurance agent. After experiencing both the insurance carrier side, and then the broker side of the health insurance industry, Susan moved to Asheville in 1998 and became 49% owner of another agency for 13 years.

Susan started Sky's The Limit in May 2010 and has 27 years of well-rounded insurance experience and knowledge in the health insurance industry. Susan has been an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters since 1994.
Susan prides herself in being able to relate to both the employer and the employee's needs, from all her years of working in the corporate and small business environment. Listening and relating are the keys to her success.

Christy has spent more than 24 years in the group and individual health insurance industry focusing on business in North and South Carolina. Her
background includes experience with claims payment, customer service, and sales with three major insurance carriers as well as working in the broker community in group sales and service.
Christy adds a personal touch when relating to clients and prospective clients. She is the proud mother to two beautiful children and enjoys
networking in social settings.
